The LFT30 fork loader is a specialized machine designed for the extraction of large-tonnage stone materials such as marble. It has a lifting weight of up to 30 tons at a height of 1.5m, with high digging force, high work efficiency, good stability, and comfortable operation. It is widely used in mines, material yards, and various operations such as loading, transferring, and stacking marble.
1. Engine: Equipped with a low-speed, high-torque electronically controlled three-stage emission engine, turbocharged and intercooled, with strong power and high reliability.
2. Transmission: Equipped with VRT200 fixed-axis electro-hydraulic shifting transmission, front four and rear four, with high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, smooth shifting, and high reliability.
3. Drive Axle: The rear axle adopts a swing-type drive axle with a maintenance-free design, high strength, good reliability, and convenient maintenance, making it more suitable for heavy-duty operations.
4. Tires: The front axle tires are 28-ply, and the rear axle tires are 24-ply, using reinforced rims to improve overall strength, prevent deformation under heavy loads, providing good load-bearing capacity and a long service life.
5. Counterweight: The machine features an extended wheelbase design (4050mm) and uses an integrated large counterweight (10 tons) for good operational stability.

8. High-strength Forks: Alloy steel forged fork teeth, optimized through CAE analysis, suitable for high-strength fork loading conditions.
9. Optimized design of the working device hydraulic system, with pumps, valves, and other hydraulic components from internationally renowned brands, high sealing performance of the hydraulic system, reasonable power matching, stronger and more energy-efficient fork lifting.
10. Optimized design of the power system, with a Weichai engine perfectly matched with a large-capacity torque converter, featuring high torque, strong power, low fuel consumption, and high operational efficiency.
11. Each lubrication point is designed for easy access, using a new fixed method for convenient maintenance of the entire machine.
12. Cab: A new cab designed with ergonomics, offering a wide field of vision, luxurious interior, and reasonable layout for safe and comfortable driving.
13. Air Conditioning: Standard large cooling capacity heating and cooling air conditioning system, with a larger air supply volume for a more comfortable driving environment. The air filter is external, allowing for air purification and easy cleaning and replacement.
14. Engine Cover: Streamlined design, aesthetically pleasing. Large side-flip doors and rear window grilles facilitate daily maintenance.
